i mean, I only had to return one item and the whole process was simple. The refund showed up after a few days, so overall it felt fair to me.

I gave this a try once, but it just didn’t feel worth what they’re charging. You can find similar stuff for less elsewhere. I also got the impression that when I reached out, nobody really read what I wrote, which made the whole experience feel a bit more frustrating...

It works fine overall, but I just wish there were more options to choose from. My instinct was that the selection felt limited, and after using it, I still feel the same way.

The product itself seems fine, but I found the dosing instructions on the site a little confusing. I had to click around a bit and still wasn't 100% sure I was understanding it right. I just didn’t want to mess up the amount and end up wasting the product or not getting the full benefit from it. I wish the directions were a lot more straightforward.

I’ve been looking into Genexa here and there, mostly because I keep seeing the name pop up and I do appreciate when a brand is upfront about what’s in their products. The ingredient transparency is definitely a plus, and from what I’ve read, a lot of people seem to have had good experiences with them. That said, after digging around a bit more, I’m still not completely sold. Some of the reviews are mixed, and the prices feel a little higher than I expected. So for now, I’d say they seem trustworthy overall, but I’d probably need a little more time before I fully feel confident about them.

I placed an order with genexa and braced myself for the usual chaos, missing bottles, random wrong items, quantities mysteriously off. But nope. Everything arrived exactly as ordered. Every bottle was there, every product was right, and the counts matched perfectly. It sounds like a small thing, but after dealing with mess-ups from other sites, this felt like a tiny victory. Super easy experience, and I’d definitely order again...

This stuff seems solid. I don’t feel weird about giving it to my kids, which is more than I can say for some of the sketchy crap out there.

It did help a little, so I can’t say it didn’t work. But like I said, it really upset my stomach and I felt nauseous after taking it. Like I said, there were some benefits, but the nausea made it hard for me to want to keep using it...

I gave Genexa a try because I liked that they’re upfront about what’s actually in the medicine. I hate that feeling of being trapped choosing between stuff that works but has a bunch of ingredients I don’t understand, or “natural” products that sound too good to be true. These worked fine for my family — nothing miraculous, but they did what they said they would. The only downside is the price is higher than regular options, so I’d give it 4 stars.

The only real issue for me has been availability. When my kid was sick, the medicine I wanted was out of stock online, and the nearby stores I checked didn’t have it either, so I had to grab something else.
I’d still buy from Genexa again because I like what they’re doing, but they definitely need to get better about keeping things in stock. Good stuff overall, just a little hit or miss when you need it right away.

I’m happy with Genexa because it doesn’t have artificial colors or fillers. It just feels better giving it to my family, and I appreciate not having to second-guess what’s in it.

I wanted to have a decent experience ordering from genexa.com, but am I missing something with their checkout? My cart was updating really slowly, and at one point I had to put my shipping info in again, which was frustrating.

The order did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole site felt clunkier than I expected. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day, but I probably wouldn’t order there again unless I really had to.

The box got here crushed and looked like it had a rough trip. Luckily the stuff inside seemed okay, but the packaging was defintely beat up.

I really wanted this to work out, especially with all the promises about it tasting good and being kid-friendly, but nope. The flavor was awful to me — super chalky with a weird aftertaste that just lingered. My kid tried it twice and spit it out both times, so the whole thing ended up sitting in the cabinet. Disappointing when it doesn’t come close to what was advertised. Definitely not buying again

I ordered from genexa.com and, to be fair, the products look fine and nothing was expired. I’m not saying there was anything technically wrong with the order, but the expiration dates were closer than I expected, so it didn’t feel like the freshest stock. Shipping was okay too, nothing major to complain about. I might order again, but I do wish they’d send items with longer dates.

I really wanted to like Genexa because the whole clean-ingredients idea sounds great, but once I actually started reading the labels, I was a little disappointed. Some of the products still have stuff I try to avoid, like added sweeteners and flavors, so it doesn’t feel as clean as the website makes it seem. It’s probably still better than a lot of regular brands, but not exactly what I was hoping for. I also reached out to support with a question and got what felt like a copy-paste response, which didn’t really help. I might buy it again if I can’t find another option, but it wouldn’t be my first choice

Switched over from the regular stuff and really like that Genexa leaves out the dyes. Seems to work about the same for my kids, just a little pricier
